DELIVERY SELECTION
Choose a Mercedes-Benz van for hire according to your needs and wishes from our selection. Choose the location, date, as well as pick-up and return time. You can also rent a variety of accessories along with your van to make your journey more enjoyable. For example, a child car seat, snow chains, Wi-Fi connection, etc. We can also arrange a vignette or ecological badge for your journey abroad. Do you need some advice? Can’t decide which Mercedes-Benz van to choose? Don't understand something? Need a professional driver, foreign language interpreter or a guide? Contact us using our contact form. You may also reach us by email or simply call us. We will get back to you as soon as possible. If you decide to order via phone, please, call us during our working hours, i.e., Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. Please, feel free to contact us if you have any specific requirements. The pick-up and return location of the van can be arranged to your needs. Please, mind that if these locations are outside of our Prague headquarters, they are both subject to a fee. We also rent our Mercedes-Benz vans on a long-term basis.
ORDERING A DELIVERY
After filling out the necessary details in the booking form and submitting your order, your Mercedes-Benz van will be booked. You will then receive an "Order Confirmation" by email, and we will contact you as soon as possible.
HANDOVER OF THE VAN
Upon your arrival at the location and on time as agreed, we will be waiting for you with the van fully prepared, meaning you can expect a full tank, a proper clean-up of the car, both outside and inside, and all the technicalities being taken care of beforehand. We will also inspect the van with you right on the spot and make a record of any defects on the car in the Handover Report. Once we sign the rental contract and settle all financial matters, we will hand over the van over to you. Please, mind that before handing the van over, a deposit is required. The deposit would be used to cover any potential future damages. You may submit the deposit either in cash, by bank transfer or by having us block funds on your credit card. During the period of your rental, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Try to, however, keep to our opening hours, that is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Please, call only for emergency reasons outside of opening hours.
RETURN OF DELIVERY
We will collect the van from you at the location and on time as agreed. We will check both the exterior and the interior of the car and if the tank is full. We will also have you check out and sign the Return Form. If everything is in order, we will return your deposit to you in the form in which you deposited it in the first place, that is by returning your cash, by transferring the money back to your bank account, or by unblocking funds on your credit card.
